He installed our first well system when we purchased the house 13 years ago, before we knew anything about wells. The system is wonderful, Tony is my go-to guy, and I couldn't be happier with Specialty Water. Usually I don't rate services, but his deserves my best. We decided at that point to check out other water-treatment companies. Specialty Water was one company that answered the phone immediately. We talked with Tony and he recommended that he could sell us an RO system at half the price but that we were going about it the wrong way to treat our city water. In August of 2010 Tony rebuild my softner system. In October of 2010 my pumped broke in my well, we had no water. Tony came up on Sunday to access the situation, on Monday, he was there with a backhoe; We had water on Tuesday afternoon, he installed a new pump, line brought the system into complience with code and rebuilt my system better than it ever was. In August of 2011 my UV system failed, Tony was there in two days to replace the entire system at no cost. I met Toni in August 2010 when I needed my softner system replaced. He took care of this in a timely professional manner. In October of 2010 my well pump went bad, Tony showed up the very next day, a Saturday to determine the problem. That Monday he was at my house with a back hoe pulled the pump, Tuesday he returned to my house installed the new pump and we had water that day. I had Tony replace all of the other components in my water system; bladder tank, piping etc. I also purchased the low water protection and UV treatment for germs. Here just a couple weeks ago the UV light stopped working. Tony came up, replace the unit and it didn't cost me anything. Tony has the value of taking care of his customers and standing behind both his products and work. I would recommend Tony for any water treatment or facility needs. Good person. Thanks Tony. We called Tony, and explained our situation. He made his service call to us when he said he would, and gave us his suggestion to correct the problem. He had all the parts to complete the job the same day. Once the holding tank was installed and new pumps our water well system has been running better than ever. He installed a system at that time and with the regular maintenance it has been wonderful. Unfortunately I lost pressure and water, so I called Tony and he came out to install a cistern yesterday. In 2003 I was having a lot of problems with my in ground swimming pool especially the earth filter. I contacted Tony at specialty water he said we could design something for my in ground pool. He designed a filter system that is all totally automatic. I do not need to manually back flushing. The water is much clearer than it was with the earth filter. Also he designed a ozone purification system to cut costs on chemicals and kill bacteria much faster than chlorine. So now I have much more time to swim pay less for chemicals like 90% less. Only thing I do is put a three and chlorine tablet in the skimmer or the floaty about once a week. I have perfectly clean bacteria free water. Not to mention the service is impeccable never waited longer than 24 hours for him to answer any of my questions. I can already see a difference in the coffee (and that's the important thing in this household!), not to mention the expected reduced wear-and-tear on my pipes and water heating system. We should have done this years ago. I am impressed and would recommend Specialty Water very highly!
